Season Break

After what has been a good season for the Mighty Salmons!, it is time for wind down over the summer.

We will still be getting together on Wednesday to throw a ball about, 7:30 at Lightwater Leisure Centre.

Touch Rugby

Touch rugby is now at Lightwater!!! Currently on Thursday at 7:00pm.

With the emphasis on fitness and fun, you can enjoy playing the great game without the worry of getting hurt. We already have a good mix of members of all ages.
